Story of a butterfly.

“Don’t just read, imagine”

Once upon a time, there was a boy who didn’t have many friends. He was struggling with his loneliness. He once decided to go and spend his evening in a garden. Sitting on the bench he started feeling good about his evening. At a near distance, he saw a “beautiful blue butterfly” which was joyful, playful and, free like all the other butterflies. Well, butterflies do more for us than just adding color and beauty to our gardens. He was staring at the butterfly just like a baby staring at its mother. There was a spark in his eyes, his face was glowing. All he wanted at that moment is to go near to it and have a close look at the beauty. He started appreciating the butterfly in his mind, he started wondering how can they look so good. He then caught the butterfly and put it in his hand.

Finding joy

Later that evening he started visiting the garden every day. By no time, the butterfly incredibly came to him on her own. He started to enjoy his life again. He was escaping his loneliness and started to find joy. He was so in love with the butterfly, he gave it a nickname.

Anxious

On a Sunday morning, he found the butterfly to be missing. Searching for it everywhere in the garden he lost his temper. He was thinking, where is it? Where on earth it would have been gone?. He left the place in sadness. All his loneliness and sh*t life started back, haunting him. The only one who put joy in his life left him.

Hope

“Hope is a good thing, may be the best of things. And good thing never dies”

After 3 weeks he once again revisited the garden. He looked for it again. Knowing that it would never return, he lost hope in it. Passing out from the garden he has seen hundreds of butterflies making clicking sounds. His eyes were wide open, he was astonished looking at all those beautiful butterflies. At that moment he was filled with joy.

Finding himself

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”

He realized what he wanted, all he wanted was joy, care & love. He realized that all these are within him, he just needs to get rid of his negative thoughts and have the right view of the situation. He vowed to live fully at each moment. He smiled. From thereafter whenever he was feeling alone he started to find himself more.

Alias

Here, in this story, the butterfly is a girl and the garden is a college. Now read it once again to get what I wanted to say.

Ending this with quotes.

“Don’t get attached to someone with whom you don’t see any future”

“There is always a better replacement for everything...including people”
